Kelsea Pelletier, LCPC
ABOUT
One of Kelsea's favorite quotes states, "The quality of our life depends on the quality of our relationships" by Esther Perel. Kelsea is the owner of 46 and 2 therapy and is passionate about helping her clients heal. She finds that many of her clients are healing from the challenging consequences that result from being in intimate relationships with narcissistic or emotionally stunted parents, partners as well the impact of living in ego-centric societal values. Many of her clients experience a deep sense of emptiness when alone, anxiety, or depression and may find themselves in patterns of people pleasing, burnout and resentment. Some of her client's also often feel lost or stuck without a sense of approval or guidance from others. Her clients are often self-aware yet stuck and are striving to feel more in touch with their authentic sense of self through a better balance of internal versus external validation. If you are looking for support in these areas and are ready do the work to unlearn old patterns and reconnect to who you were always meant to be, then please reach out for a consultation phone call.
Outside of her work life, Kelsea lives in a mountain town in Montana. She's surrounded by family and friends who take pleasure in the simple joys of life like nature and connectedness. She's a lover of music, animals, travel, self empowerment, crafting and overall holistic living. Since she was young, she's often gravitated to better understanding the nature of authenticity and attachment through psychology, philosophy and the arts in order to live the life that for her, is as fulfilling as possible.
